The Marquess Mattress, a great new addition to Relyon's Heritage Collection, has a pocket spring count of 2200 (in the Kingsize). This Relyon mattress offers a superb balance of comfort and support, equally balanced and available in a choice of three firmness levels.

Pocket springs consist of independently moving springs in individual fabric pockets, moving up and down as weight is applied, like a piston, perfectly mirroring the contours and movements of the body during the night. The fact that the springs are independent from one another means there is no compromise to surrounding springs when one spring is under compression. This spring system has two layers of equally sized springs, helping to bring support in key areas where you need it the most, preventing aches and pains in the morning caused by pressure points developing overnight.

Hand tufted in a traditional way, the Relyon Marquess will be sure to retain plumpness long into its lifespan, which is guaranteed for 8 years.

The sides of this Relyon mattress have been carefully hand stitched with three rows to ensure edge to edge support. Furthermore; Relyon has applied Silver+ Protection to the surface fabric of this mattress, which is a coating based on microparticles of silver ions. It helps to combat and dramatically reduce microbial growth providing a fresh and hygienic fabric.

The fillings are made from hand teased mohair, lambswool and hand teased lambswool, all renowned for their high levels of comfort.es because of four rows of hand stitching supporting the mattress walls. Relyon applies these layers by hand to ensure an even and consistent finish, further adding to the comfort on offer.
